Balloon Art: How to Make Shark? – as part of the expert series by GeoBeats. Hey, let’s make a shark. I think a grey balloon will be great. Blow it up all the way except for about an inch of space at the end, tie it off. You are going to make two loops. First loop is going to be big enough that the balloon or a balloon will fit right through. Second loop can be the same and you are going to have a little one inch to half inch bubble in the middle there to tie the knot in. Stretch the balloon out a little bit, give it a little play. Then blow up the white balloon. Go about halfway like this, run your thumb up the middle, that is going to find your center. Then you are going to twist that on to the end of it, to that one inch to half inch bubble there. Take the other two ends. the white gets poked in those two loops we talked about earlier. You got to keep the bottom straight, because a shark is more of a streamlined a straight type creature. Put the tail in, cut the end, my handy dandy little yarn cutter. We are going to do some bend twists. What we are going to do is pinch it really hard like were pinching a babies cheek, That is going to leave a bend right there. Next bend we are going to do on the inside, then the last thing we do is towards the nose. Tuck and roll the one inch bubble into that space right there. A little marker detail. I bought a black balloon molly for the store about a month ago. She was small but definitely a balloon molly, arched back and all!!
I noticed yesterday that the “lump” that would make her a balloon molly is getting lower and she is getting longer!!
I know that balloon mollies are essentially defected mollies, that they sell at the store only because they are cute!!
But is it possible for the balloon mollies “defect” to correct itself and for them to become regular mollies??
Answer by Abi I’m guna say no. they are bred to look like they are, not injected with a chemical. Are you sure she not just growing? Or is just a normal mollies with a higher back. You need to post a picture really so we can be sure.
